New Poll

I put a new poll up today. The poll asks which one out of Ian Snell, Jarrod Washburn, Roy Halladay, or None of the above you would like the Yankees to trade for. Here are possible trade packages it could take for each player:

Ian Snell: The Pirates are selling high for Snell so I imagine it could take one of Melky Cabrera, Zach McAllister, Ramiro Pena, Fransisco Cervelli, or if the Yankees are lucky maybe a worse prospect along the lines of Kanekoa Teixeira and a salary dump player.

Jarrod Washburn: Having his best season in a long time. According to Bob Klapisch the Mariners asked for both Brett Gardner and Melky Cabrera in a trade for Washburn. I would consider doing Cabrera for Washburn but not both.

Roy Halladay: Entire farm system. Basically the Yankees would need to give up Phil Hughes, Joba Chamberlain, AND Austin Jackson AND/OR Jesus Montero. Yeah....right..... I'd consider doing Joba and Montero or Joba and Jackson but once the name Hughes comes up....no.

No one: Pretty obvious this isn't the right choice with Sergio Mitre barely giving them 5 innings a start.
